Welcome!
My name is Matt Vecchiarelli. I began my career as a top-ranked
real estate sales professional at the age of 23. I have been associated
with quality real estate companies in my career and have achieved
many sales awards.
I am now fortunate to be associated with Urban Companies, an innovative,
technology-oriented and upscale company. They are a family-oriented real estate
company offering tremendous resources to me and my clientele. This allows me the flexibility to
work the whole metro Denver area and close in mountains, whether it is a
single family home, condo, town home, land, patio home, investment property or
a brand new home. I have specialized in both the listing and buying process in
residential brokerage for over 25 years.
In my career, I have achieved the highest designations in real estate,
including the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) Awarded by Realtor
National Marketing Institute and the National Association of Realtors,
GRI designation (Graduate Realtor Institute) Awarded by the National
Association of Realtors, MRE designation (Master of Real Estate)
Awarded by National Association of Realtors, SRES designation (Senior
Real Estate Specialist) Awarded by the Senior Advantage Real Estate
Council.
My business philosophy can be summed up in the following five
areas:
• Integrity – With
nearly 900 career transactions, neither my clients nor I have had to address
a court or arbitration situation. This is accomplished by ethics, honesty and
sincerity – goals in every transaction.
• Respect – for
all parties in a transaction including but not limited to the buyer, seller,
my fellow brokers, title companies, inspectors, mortgage companies, appraisers
and maintenance/repair personnel.
• Service
Excellence – I
believe that the public deserves and needs an expert, experienced, and caring
broker to guide and educate the client every step of the way. I also strive to
be available, returning calls in a timely fashion. I am a life-long student and
always continuing in my education in order to be one of the best in my industry.
• Enduring
Relationships – I strive to be your broker
not just for one transaction, but for transactions throughout your
life and your family’s additionally. I am assisting long
time past clients with their children’s real estate needs
now as well as their friends and relatives.
• Compassion - I
was a funeral director before becoming a real estate professional
and this is where I believe I learned compassion for others during
their time of need. Now, I not only have a passion selling real
estate, I have compassion for each individual that I work with
and their differing circumstances.
I am second generation native of Denver on both sides of my family
having attended Wheat Ridge High School and Metropolitan State
College. I have been married to my wife, Debbie since 1985 and
we have two beautiful daughters – Leah and Madison. My wife
is an owner/manager of Little Theater Culture Center, a ballet,
tap and jazz studio for ages 3 on up to adults. I enjoy many outdoor
activities such as hiking, cross country skiing, jogging,
walking, yard work/gardening and golf. I enjoy dining out with
my family and spending time with them and being a part of their
activities. I also enjoy being an usher and serving in my church.
I look forward to providing you and yours a quality professional
real estate transaction.
Experience really does MATTer!
